Interactive session for capacity building on gender-transformative approaches

Gender-transformative programmes actively examine, question and influence gender norms and imbalances of power with the aim to address the root causes of gender inequality, including by transforming social structures, systems and policies that perpetuate and legitimize gender inequalities.

In this session, UNFPA-UNICEF Global Programme to End Child Marriage will provide a space to learn about gender-transformative approaches and how to apply them, a space to share experiences and lessons from your programme and country context and guide you have you can further build capacity in delivering gender-transformative approaches in your programme.
