State of the world’s mothers 2014. Saving mothers and children in humanitarian crises

The report examines the impact of humanitarian crises on maternal, newborn and child survival in countries consistently ranked as the most difficult places to be a mother.

It makes a series of recommendations to ensure that mothers and children in crisis-affected contexts have the best chance to lead healthy lives, including measures to protect girls from early marriage.
