Developed by the Child Rights International Network (CRIN), this toolkit explains the international complaints mechanism for violations of the Convention on the Rights of the Child so you can help children bring violations of their rights, including child marriage, to international attention.
It sets out the who, what, when, where, why and how of the complaints mechanism, and is helpfully divided into three sections that correspond to the three ways complaints can be brought before the Committee - individual complaints, inquiries into serious or widespread violations, or inter-State complaints where one State can lodge a complaint against another.
